HENGCHENG Semi automated two head keg washers are designed to wash two kegs of any size per cycle.(Available in one head, three head models to suit your production needs) , Cleans two kegs simultaneously, 4 or 5 minute wash time allows brewers to wash between 24 –30 kegs per hour (operator and parameter dependent).

To use our quality semi-auto keg washers, simply engage the couplers, invert and load the kegs and press start. Kegs are automatically washed, sanitized, and CO2 purged and pressurized within minutes. Intuitive touch-screen controls for simple operation.

The PLC controls the pre-programmed washing sequence and can be easily adjusted from the touch screen interface to customize the operator's specifications (You can save the parameters for different keg type). It ensure that the kegs are cleaned repeatably, and flexible parameter settings allow the user to customize the cleaning regimen per keg type to maximize throughput and cleanliness.
